Friendsgiving in the woods

Awhile back we set out to curate a styled friendsgiving inspired photoshoot. We had this crazy idea of hosting a mini feast in the woods complete with food, drinks and good company all under the cover of pines and twinkling lights set at a beautiful table. By joining forces with other local companies, we were able to bring our vision to life.
To set the stage we rolled out a giant vintage rug from my grandmothers house, selected one of our reclaimed tables and gathered mismatched chairs from across the shop property.
Adorning the top of the table was a beautiful floral center piece crafted by the talented Eclectic Elegance. Which ended up tying in perfectly with our earth tone place settings!
A Cranberry Saison beer was provided by the Lakes & Legends Brewery. These guys make awesome beer and are great to work with. (If you ever get a chance you should check out the tables we built for their tap room in Minneapolis!)
The day was super chilly and so keeping the guests warm was top of our priorities. The Vintage Gypsy, a boho style boutique in Prior Lake, supplied hats, scarves, throws and more to keep everyone cozy.
Then once all was set, Nicole Marie Photography captured all of the details perfectly in the glow-y evening light.
In the end the shoot turned out even better than we could have imagined. We had so much fun working with these other local companies and hope this is just the first collaboration of more to come in the future.
